33. Cory Arcangel's Naptime (2002)

I'm not sure where the image of Mario sleeping comes from -- it doesn't quite have the "actual Nintendo-sanctioned game" look -- but he's dreaming a load of glitchiness not far from Arcangel's Video Ravingz. Unlike that reprogrammed game, though this one -- if it is indeed a reprogrammed game, since Arcangel's site lacks a page about it -- the soundtrack doesn't seem to be a beloved 80s hit. Beyond that, ain't much to say.
