This record somewhat creeped me out when I picked it up. The 7" is called "Please Let the Children Go", and is recorded by the John Muir Jr. High Chorus. This record was obviously made as a benefit record for missing Jr. High student Michaela Joy Garecht. The back cover depicts a news clipping of Michaela's "missing person" ad. This song is basically a letter to kidnappers, telling them to "Please Let the Children Go". In addition to this 7" being more than just a little morbid, another thing that weirded me out was the fact that it is AUTOGRAPHED. The autograph says, "Darin, Thanks a hell of a lot for your help in the mix". The signature at the end is unclear. The date of release is unclear.
