There are many, many fitness gurus, but few are cool enough to merit their own special theme song and even fewer cool enough to have their own jazz trio. One of these members of the fitness elite is Pat Dixon, Exercise Director of the Lodge of the Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, Missouri. "Fellow Midwesterners no longer have to go to Mexico or California in search of 'The Fit and The Trim' way of life," the liner notes helpfully point out. And with this souvenir album, you could keep exercising with Pat months after your visit.
The musicians accompanying Pat's vocals also played in the Lodge of the Four Seasons cocktail lounge. It's nice to know that after exercising with Pat, visitors of the lodge could go tie one on.
