I never ask any of the actors to be something other than who they are. Brad Pitt was Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp was Johnny Depp. Isabella Rossellini was herself. We go to see Elizabeth Taylor act portraying Cleopatra and what we see is Elizabeth Taylor.
